StreamAMG shortlisted for two Sports Business Awards

StreamAMG has been named as a finalist in two categories at the 2019 Sports Business Awards: Best Business Serving Sport – over £3m turnover; and Sports Tech of the Year – for Sport and in Sport.

StreamAMG and CloudMatrix names as finalists at the Sports Business Awards

StreamAMG has been an industry leader in the supply of online video solutions since its inception in 2001. StreamAMG provides the products and services that enable some of the biggest names in the world of sport to broadcast, distribute, manage, and monetise video content, both live and on demand.

Further recognition for CloudMatrix

Launched in 2018, CloudMatrix is StreamAMG’s revolutionary video content distribution platform, designed to allow clubs and sports organisations to quickly and easily build customised playlists from their archives. Its unique feed-based architecture is scalable and flexible, allowing content editors to better leverage their archives, building dynamic lists of content which update on the front-end website in real time.

RamsTV Sports Business Awards

We are also delighted that RamsTV, Derby County Football Club’s in-house video production service, has also been recognised as a finalist in the Best in Sports Media Category. StreamAMG supports RamsTV with live streaming solutions and our online video platform, MediaPlatform.

Chief Operating Officer Matt McKeirnan commented:

“Being shortlisted for both categories is a significant achievement and is testament to the hard work put in by everyone at StreamAMG. The fact that StreamAMG and CloudMatrix continue to gain acknowledgement in the sports technology space is a real cause for celebration.”

These nominations build on our recent successes, including a nomination for Best Digital Technology at the Yahoo Sports Technology Awards, and wins for Best Digital Business at the Big Chip awards and Best Business Serving Football at the North West Football Awards.
