St John Ambulance and The Big First Aid Lesson

StreamAMG has worked with St John Ambulance for the last 2 years in providing the streaming solution for The Big First Aid Lesson, using our award winning Media Platform.

The Big First Aid Lesson is an annual event whereby St John Ambulance gives an hour long session to educate primary school children between Key Stages 1 to 3 on a variety of different first aid topics. This year ‘s lesson will be hosted by CBBC star, Reece Buttery and TV medic Dr Ranj, and will take a particular focus on the dangers of Bonfire Night and how to treat related injuries, such as burns.

All schools and classes are welcome to sign up for free here: with the live stream kicking off at 14:00 on Friday the 3rd November.

StreamAMG enabled this by creating a dedicated microsite which you can see from the link above, as well as enabling a custom built quiz to go alongside the video so that teachers can test their students while the live stream progresses. To go alongside the live stream, St John Ambulance has also put up a wide amount of supplementary resources that can be accessed for free once registered.

If you’re a primary school teacher looking to provide a fun and informative way to educate your class on the importance of first aid, why not sign up? St John Ambulance works tirelessly to aid in creating the next generation of life savers, by providing all of these fantastic resources, and StreamAMG is proud to be facilitating this initiative with our technology.
